The Cell Phone Risk NOBODY Warned You About
For decades, powerful business interests… and even medical groups and governments… have been brushing aside the risks of cell phones.
And once you follow the money, you can understand why…
This isn’t just a billion-dollar industry… it’s on its way to becoming a TRILLION-dollar industry.
So when links to depression… or even cancer… emerge, they’re quickly dismissed.
But the science is piling up, and it’s getting harder to ignore.
Now, research is uncovering a startling new health risk tied to cell phones.
Millions of people like you have never been warned… but the time to keep yourself safe is now.
Many folks can’t imagine going even an hour without checking their cell phones.
But this constant cell phone use may be more dangerous to our hearts than anyone realized.
A disturbing study published in the Canadian Journal of Cardiology analyzed data from nearly half a million people over about 12 years.
And researchers made a startling discovery…
People who spent more than six hours on their cell phones weekly had a 21 percent higher risk of experiencing cardiovascular events like heart attacks or strokes.
That’s less than an hour a day of cell phone use… and most Americans are spending four hours or MORE per day on their phones.
The study points to several potential ways that cell phones could be harming our hearts. Cell phones can increase our stress levels, or late-night scrolling can interfere with our sleep quality.
I don’t disagree, especially when it comes to poor sleep quality. The artificial light from cell phones can disrupt our body’s natural circadian rhythms, affecting our hormones and increasing inflammation.
However, missing from their theory is the impact that electromagnetic fields (EMFs) emitted by cell phones have on our health.
When insects were exposed to cell phone radiation in a lab setting, the radiation interfered with their enzymes and circulatory systems.
Now, I know you’re not going to abandon your cell phone – and I’m not giving mine up, either. But I take some smart precautions to protect myself, and they’re very easy to implement.
I keep my cell phone away from me when I’m not using it. And when I need it close by, I carry it in an EMF-blocking case or pouch.
These are widely available on Amazon, and through retailers like DefenderShield or SafeSleeve.
