They Found WHAT in Prostate Tumors?! (Men: Don’t Miss This)
For any guy, being diagnosed with prostate cancer is a punch in the gut…
You worry about the cancer spreading and threatening your life.
You agonize about the brutal treatments… and whether they’ll leave you incontinent or destroy your sex life.
And if you want to steer clear of prostate cancer, there’s a major threat you need to know about.
It’s in the environment, all around us…
Prostate tumors were just found to be SATURATED with the stuff…
And the few steps you take now could go a long way toward keeping you safe.
I’ve warned you about the health risks of microplastics before…
They are the tiny particles that come from the breakdown of plastic materials… and they’ve now gotten into everything from the water we drink to the air we breathe.
And it turns out, prostate tumors love them…
In a new study out of New York University’s Langone Health, microplastics were found in 90% of the prostate tumors they analyzed.
And, wait, it gets worse…
The amount of microplastics in tumors was more than 2.5 times HIGHER than what researchers found in healthy prostate tissue.
Prostate tumors seem to absolutely hoard this stuff…
So could the microplastics actually be causing prostate cancer… or making it worse?
Well, there’s every reason to believe that…
Previous research out of Italy found that microplastics can cause DNA damage, oxidative stress, and inflammation – which have all been linked to cancer.
Now, unfortunately, it’s impossible in today’s modern society to get microplastics out of your life completely. But you can definitely limit your exposure.
Here are some commonsense tips:
Choose filtered or tap water over bottled water: Bottled water often contains tiny plastic particles. Using a good home water filter (like carbon or reverse osmosis) can cut microplastics.
Eat fewer plastic-packaged foods: Microplastics accumulate in packaging.
Vacuum your home with a HEPA filter: This can keep microplastics from becoming airborne.
