Transform into A “Superager” with THIS Drink
I like routine, especially in the mornings.
I wake up with the sun and enjoy starting my day by taking a walk with my dog, Nash.
After that, I load up on a morning beverage that happens to be one of the healthiest drinks on the planet.
Not only does it help me feel alert and rejuvenated, but it comes with a host of health benefits.
You’ve probably guessed that I’m talking about coffee.
A recent study just gave me ANOTHER reason to keep drinking it: It could help me live longer while lowering the risk of heart disease.
There’s just one catch:
Not all coffee is created equal. And to get its heart and longevity benefits, you must make sure you’re drinking the RIGHT kind.
You’re in good company if you can’t start your day without your morning coffee.
But even if you solely drink it to help you wake up, you still get the rest of its health benefits.
Now, another study has added even more to the list.
For this study, researchers tracked nearly 450,000 people to determine the best kind of coffee for preventing heart disease and boosting longevity.
After following the people for 12 years, here’s what they found:
Compared to not drinking any coffee, drinking 2-3 cups per day was associated with a reduced risk of death during the study period. Specifically, there was a…
- 27 percent reduced risk for ground coffee, a
- 14 percent reduced risk of decaffeinated coffee, and a
- 11 percent reduced risk for instant.
Coffee drinkers also had a lower risk of cardiovascular disease compared to non-drinkers. There was a…
- 20 percent reduced risk for ground coffee, a
- 6 percent reduced risk for decaffeinated, and a
- 9 percent reduced risk for instant.
The coffee drinkers also had a lower risk of arrhythmias (irregular heartbeat).
- Drinking 4-5 cups of ground coffee reduced the risk by 17 percent.
- Drinking 2-3 cups of instant coffee reduced the risk by 12 percent.
That’s a lot of numbers and statistics, but it boils down to one thing.
Drinking coffee is good for your heart and longevity. And drinking GROUND coffee is the best.
I wouldn’t start my day without it!
P.S. The science is clear: The best way to live longer is to eat less. But it turns out you can get all the benefits of calorie restriction without actually restricting any calories! Discover how to “flip on” your anti-aging switch.
