  • 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day
  • 1 gram of omega-3 fatty acids per day
  • An at-home strength exercise program three times per week

The goal of the study was to find the biggest bang for your buck—the easiest ways to get the greatest cancer risk reduction.

And with a 61 percent reduced cancer risk, I’d say they found it.

You can do better than catching cancer early.
