“Triple Threat” SLASHES Cancer Risk by 61%
We’ve come a long way with cancer treatments.
But for the best outcome, you’ll want to do everything possible to prevent cancer in the first place.
And the good news is, researchers recently tested the cancer-reducing effects of a variety of interventions and they identified a “triple threat” that can reduce your risk by a shocking 61 percent.
Even better?
It was effective in people over 70 years old—showing it’s never too late to take positive steps for your health.
The study included over 2,000 healthy adults over 70 years old.
They were divided into eight groups to test the effects of a variety of individual and combined interventions.
One combination stood out from the rest, leading to a 61 percent reduced risk of developing cancer in people over 70.
Here’s the magic combo:
- 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day
- 1 gram of omega-3 fatty acids per day
- An at-home strength exercise program three times per week
The goal of the study was to find the biggest bang for your buck—the easiest ways to get the greatest cancer risk reduction.
And with a 61 percent reduced cancer risk, I’d say they found it.
You can do better than catching cancer early.
You can take steps to prevent it altogether.
Start by adding this “triple threat against cancer” to your daily and weekly cancer-fighting program.
P.S. In a study that analyzed 96,000 women over 24 years, researchers found a strong connection between bowel cancer and drinking soda. Click here for all the details.
