The other day I told you that an easy way to keep your blood sugar levels under control is to practice time-restricted eating.

As simple as this plan was, today I have an even easier way to keep your blood sugar levels under control and beat back type 2 diabetes. 

You only have to do it twice a day.

Just eat a handful of almonds. 

This study included 275 people with prediabetes who ate either almonds or a savory snack with the same number of calories for 12 weeks. 

The almond group saw significant decreases in their HbA1c levels, a measure of long-term blood glucose control that serves as a diagnosis for diabetes and prediabetes. 

There was also a decrease in fasting blood glucose. 

How much did they eat to get these remarkable benefits? 

Just two one-ounce servings per day of unroasted almonds. 

Like I said, it couldn’t be easier!
