If you have Multiple Sclerosis, you already know how the pain… vision problems… and mobility can really impact your quality of life.

I’ve talked to you before about the miracle nutrient that reduces your risk of developing multiple sclerosis.

And in people who already have it, it can reduce the symptoms.

Now, a recent study has shown that this same nutrient can also improve an extremely common – but often-overlooked – sideeffect of MS: Depression.

Here’s what you need to know.

I’m talking about vitamin D.

This miracle vitamin has been scientifically proven time and again to shield your body from MS and the life-changing symptoms it brings with it.

And this new study bringseven better news.

When researchers studied 35 MS patients, they initially found that their vitamin D levels were lowand that their depressive symptoms were high.

But after giving the patients 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 every day for one year, two things happened: Their vitamin D levels increased… and their depression scores improved.

In other words, something as simple as supplementing with vitamin D can improve one of the most common symptoms of an incurable disease.

Now, while I do believe that low vitamin D plays a critical role in MS, I don’tbelieve that supplementation is the best way to boost your levels.

For that, all you have to do is step outside.

That’s right… sunlight is the best form of vitamin D.

And if you can’t spend time in the sun, the second-best way to get it is through food sources like salmon, sardines, beef liver, oysters, and eggs.
