ERASE Hunger to Shed Fat FAST!
The fall-winter “holiday trifecta” is right around the corner: Halloween candy, Thanksgiving feasting, and Christmas cookies galore.
When surrounded by that kind of temptation, it’s hard NOT to pack on the pounds over the next few months.
(No wonder everyone is ready to make New Year’s resolutions by January 1st!)
But instead of packing ON the pounds as the year draws to a close, why not do the OPPOSITE?
Research reveals you could lose up to 28 pounds in 10 weeks simply by boosting your body’s skinny hormone.
Leptin is known as the satiety hormone, or as I like to call it, the “skinny hormone.” It sends signals to your brain to tell you you’ve had enough to eat.
But when carrying around some extra weight, this signaling system can go haywire.
You see, the more fat cells you accumulate, the more leptin they pump as your body tries desperately to get you to STOP eating. And ironically, instead of making you feel satisfied all the time when you excrete too much leptin, it causes your body to stop listening to it.
It’s called leptin resistance, and it’s a MAJOR roadblock to losing weight.
But scientists have uncovered a surprising solution in the most unlikely of places. It’s a compound deep inside the flesh of a little-known West African fruit… the African Mango (Irvingia gabonensis).
Researchers uncovered something remarkable when they tested this unique mango extract (not to be confused with the common mango found at your local grocery store). It slashed the amount of leptin the fat cells secreted.
This leptin drop can allow your body to reestablish leptin sensitivity while reducing hunger at the same time.
And as a result, people who take African Mango supplements may be able to lose weight, shed body fat, and trim down their waist size—without ANY extra effort.
In fact, in one small study, folks taking this extract lost an average of 28 pounds in just 10 weeks!
And in other small, randomized, placebo-controlled studies, folks taking the African Mango supplement saw improvements in blood sugar, cholesterol, and body weight.
More definitive research and more extensive studies are needed, of course. But this could be a welcome weight-control solution just in time for the holiday feeding frenzy.
I’m not typically a fan of quick fixes. But in this case, reversing leptin resistance means we could be looking at LONG-TERM weight-management benefits.
P.S. Hidden culprit SABOTAGES weight loss efforts.
