Spice Destroys Aggressive Cancer in 2 Weeks?!
Dear Reader,
You’ve heard me say it before… and I’ll say it until I’m blue in the face.
If you have just ONE supplement in your medicine cabinet right now, it should probably be curcumin.
This compound, which comes from the spice turmeric, stops inflammation… relieves pain… improves memory… and even combats depression.
And, believe it or not, that may be just the tip of the iceberg.
Because an exciting new study proves that curcumin can be a powerful secret weapon against cancer.
Including a deadly, rare cancer that mainstream treatments can’t touch.
You probably already know a bit about mesothelioma, a type of cancer caused by asbestos.
Law firms are running ads for asbestos-related lawsuits all the time.
Well, sarcomatoid mesothelioma is pretty much the worst kind you can get.
It’s hard to diagnose. And by the time it’s found, it’s usually so advanced that patients rarely live more than 6 months.
Like I said, it’s pretty bleak.
But that’s what makes this latest study on curcumin so exciting.
Researchers found that when rats with sarcomatoid mesothelioma were given curcumin, the curcumin started killing the cancer cells in less than two weeks.
Not only did it reduce the size of the tumors, but it seemed to weaken the cancer cells that were left behind.
In fact, the researchers noted that the cancer cells that were left were surrounded by T cells, the killer cells whose job is to “seek-and-destroy” cancer cells. This finding is especially noteworthy since cancer cells often make themselves invisible to this important part of the immune system.
This study seems to indicate that curcumin could make cancer cells visible again, which would allow the body’s own immune system to do its job.
Previous studies have also shown curcumin’s benefits against mesothelioma. One showed that it helped mice with the cancer live longer.
Another found that it could help prevent these cancer cells from growing their own blood vessels, essentially cutting off the supply of oxygen and nutrients they need to keep growing.
If you haven’t added curcumin to your diet yet, what are you waiting for?
Whether you’re concerned about cancer or not, anyone can benefit from the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits of curcumin.
The best way to get it is through the spice turmeric. But whether you’re consuming turmeric itself, or taking curcumin supplements, be sure to add some black pepper because it makes curcumin much more bioavailable.
To a brighter day,
