[Warning] Deadly New Flu Complication
Flu has been absolutely rampaging through our country these past several weeks.
You’re probably already familiar with the typical flu symptoms: the fever, chills, muscle aches, fatigue.
It can make even the strongest man beg for his mama.
For the vast majority of people, these will be the worse of the symptoms, and they’ll only last a week or so.
But not everyone is so lucky.
A shocking study just found that the flu virus is tied to a much more serious condition.
One that could cost you your life.
A study just published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that people who get the flu are six times more likely to have a heart attack in the week after getting the flu.
What do these two conditions have to do with one another?
Researchers don’t know exactly why, but it could have something to do with the fact that infections increase blood clotting, which can then cause a heart attack.
Whatever the connection, this is NOT the kind of news you want to hear in the midst of a record-breaking flu season.
Every year, the flu sends about 700,000 people to the hospital, and kills tens of thousands. And this year’s season is on track to break those records.
If this makes you want to run out and get a flu shot, I’ve got three words for you:
DON’T DO IT.
For starters, it’s shockingly ineffective—hence the record numbers of infected individuals DESPITE the peer pressure to get the flu vaccine by doctors, pharmacies, TV ads, and well-meaning friends.
Worse, it can actually CAUSE you to get the flu—which is the last thing you need during an already deadly flu season.
But does that mean you should stay locked inside all winter? Or that you should just continue about your business and hope for the best?
No way!
Your best protection is a strong immune system—and you need to take proactive steps to make sure it’s operating at peak performance.
Here are a few simple ways to make sure you’re ready to ride out this flu season in perfect health:
- Get plenty of vitamin D, which is critical for a strong immune system. Vitamin D is also associated with the production of cathelicidin and other immune system peptides that are powerful antiviral and antibacterial agents in our cells.
- Avoid non-organic foods. They can carry the residue of toxins such as glyphosate, which impair the immune system.
- Cut out the sugar. It can suppress your immune system for hours.
- Take a quality probiotic. 70% of your immune system resides in your gut, and taking a probiotic helps restore balance of healthy bacteria in the gut.

Strange Colon Cancer Trigger Revealed
Among seniors, colon cancer rates have been decreasing. But in folks under 50, rates are increasing at an alarming rate.
