Are You Sleep Problems Causing THIS?
It’s a new year!
And you’re probably ready to make some changes.
If you’re looking to improve your health in 2019, you should start with your sleep.
Not getting enough sleep can lead to anxiety and depression… impair your memory and cognitive function… even cause you to gain weight.
Now, researchers discovered yet another SHOCKING problem connected to lack of sleep.
Fortunately, there’s any easy way to reverse it.
For the new study, researchers divided people into two groups: One got about seven hours of sleep, while the other got about four and a half hours.
After two nights, both groups had to complete a task while listening to grating noise that was designed to make them uncomfortable.
The idea was to replicate situations we deal with every day. Like when the kids are running through the house while you’re trying to follow a recipe. Or when the TV is blaring in the background while you’re trying to untangle the Christmas lights.
It didn’t take long for the researchers to see that the people in the sleep-deprived group were much more likely to get angry and frustrated than their well-rested counterparts.
It might seem obvious that a lack of sleep can shorten your fuse, but this is actually the first scientific study to show that lack of sleep can lead to anger.
Your brain simply can’t cope without sufficient sleep.
In today’s fast-paced, burn-the-candle-at-both-ends society, is it any wonder that people are more short-tempered, rude, and impatient than ever before?
The good news is that any problems caused by lack of sleep can be fixed by once your sleep is restored.
That’s right, getting a full 40 winks can give you the healthy, happy body you deserve.
If you’re struggling with you sleep, try a valerian supplement.
People have been using it for thousands of years to treat insomnia and anxiety. Some research even indicates that it works better than sleeping pills.
You can pick valerian up at your local pharmacy.
