NEVER Get Pancreatic Cancer?! (Easy)
When it comes to getting cancer, it doesn’t get much worse than pancreatic cancer.
It’s almost a guaranteed death sentence. The five-year survival rate a measly 9 percent.
That’s because it’s difficult to detect early… and even HARDER to treat.
Fortunately, there’s an easy way to decrease your risk of pancreatic cancer.
All you have to do is keep one factor in check… and it could go a long way toward making sure you NEVER get this deadly disease.
you think about the dangers of high blood sugar, you probably think about the increased risk of type 2 diabetes.
Trust me, that risk alone should be enough to scare you into watching your blood sugar.
But according to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, type 2 diabetes is the least of your worries.
Using a national cohort database of more than 25 million patients in Korea, researchers compared blood sugar levels to the incidence of pancreatic cancer to see if there was a correlation.
The connection practically jumped off the page.
The higher the blood sugar levels, the more significant increase in the rate of pancreatic cancer.
But here’s the real kicker: This was the case whether someone had diabetes or not.
In fact, the connection existed in people with prediabetes—and even in people with blood sugar technically in the “normal” range.
This means the higher your blood sugar, the higher the high your risk of pancreatic cancer.
And that’s great news… because while you might not be able to do much AFTER a pancreatic cancer diagnosis, your blood sugar levels are something you have plenty of control over RIGHT NOW.
And keeping them in the healthy range (that includes avoiding the spikes that can occur after a meal), could not only help you avoid prostate cancer… but it’ll keep you free of type 2 diabetes in the process.
That’s what I call a win-win.
One of the easiest ways to start controlling your blood sugar is by only eating in a 6-8 hour window of the day.
