Golden Spice ERASES Arthritis Pain [WOW!]
If you’re suffering from the miserable and difficult-to-treat pain and stiffness of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), you might be skeptical of natural pain relievers.
And who could blame you? You need relief… and you need it FAST!
Fortunately, the research is in on a golden spice… and it should satisfy even the biggest doubting Thomas.
Studies show that it can work BETTER than ibuprofen when it comes to combatting the pain and stiffness of arthritis.
Studies continue to confirm the power of the Indian spice turmeric to combat all kinds of health conditions.
Traditionally, it’s used to treat everything from stomach problems and skin diseases, to blood disorders and infections.
But personally, I’m impressed with its ability to combat even the worst arthritis pain.
Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune condition that occurs when your immune system attacks your joints.
The result is tremendous inflammation, stiffness, and pain.
The reason turmeric is an effective natural treatment for RA is that it gets to the root of what’s causing the pain to begin with: inflammation.
Most of the research focuses on a key active compound found in turmeric called curcumin.
- In one meta-analysis that reviewed eight different randomized clinical trials, the authors concluded that taking 1,000 mg of curcumin for 8-12 weeks could reduce the pain and inflammation caused by arthritis.
Even better? It was found to be as effective as anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen and diclofenac.
- Another study of people with rheumatoid arthritis found that taking curcumin for 90 days led to significant improvements in pain and inflammation (compared to the placebo group).
- Most recently, a rat model of rheumatoid arthritis found that the way curcumin reduced joint inflammation and redness was by blocking a key pathway that contributes to inflammation.
Studies also show that turmeric leads to long-term improvements in RA symptoms.
Eating foods seasoned with turmeric can be beneficial. But most of the studies showing the pain-relieving properties were done on curcumin, which you’ll need to get from a supplement.
Be sure to get one that has been formulated with black pepper as well, since it helps your body absorb more of the curcumin.
