Weird Fruit DESTROYS Diabetes (AMAZING!)
If you’re diabetic, you’ve probably been told to stay away from fruit and bread—basically anything that will increase your blood sugar.
So this latest finding will seem rather bizarre.
A certain FLOUR made from weird-looking FRUIT is not only safe for diabetics… it can actually help DESTROY the disease.
They’ve been eating it in India for years… and now you can get your hands on it, too.
You may have never heard of jackfruit, but it’s as common in India as the apple is here in the US.
In that country, the fruit is used to make curries, chips, snacks, and various desserts.
But in just the past few years, freeze-dried jackfruit has been made into flour—and it’s GREAT for diabetics.
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study evaluated the effect of jackfruit flour on blood sugar in 40 type 2 diabetics.
The results showed that jackfruit flour improved major diabetes markers:
- HbA1c
- Fasting blood glucose
- Post-meal blood glucose
Overall, this study indicates that consuming jackfruit flour can improve blood sugar control in type 2 diabetics.
One person (not in the study) reported that he had been taking insulin for five years, but after just TWO WEEKS of using jackfruit flour he was able to cut his insulin by HALF.
Evaluations show that the calorie, carbohydrate, and glycemic load is 40 percent lower than white rice, making it a much healthier alternative for diabetics.
Jackfruit flour is available at some natural health stores. Or you can purchase it online at jackfruit365.com.
