The BEST Snack for Your Heart! (Check Your Pantry)
I was just telling you a few days ago that most Americans aren’t eating nearly enough fiber.
Well, today, I’m going to share with you a GREAT way to solve that problem!
In fact, it’s a tasty snack that not only provides you with loads of fiber, but also loads of protein and healthy fats like polyunsaturated, monounsaturated, and omega-3 fatty acids.
Studies show that people who eat this snack on a regular basis have a lower risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and more.
It’s the incredible, edible… nut!
Studies have shown that eating nuts a few times a week reduces your risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and can also help fight off high blood pressure, cognitive decline, joint pain, and more.
The best part is that whatever type of nut you prefer, you’ll be getting plenty of great health benefits.
Almonds, for example, have been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes, and help control blood sugars.
Hazelnuts can reduce inflammation and lower the risk of heart disease. And they contain high amounts of manganese, which has been shown to help fight osteoarthritis and reduce the risk of certain cancers.
Pecans contain two blood-pressure-lowering minerals: calcium and zinc.
Pistachios contain vitamin B6, which has been shown to help regulate blood sugar. They also contain lutein and zeaxanthin, which help protect your vision.
Walnuts are especially well known for their ability to boost brain health in older adults. They also lower heart disease risk, fight oxidative stress, and decrease inflammation.
And peanuts (although technically a legume) provide their share of health benefits too, including reducing cardiovascular risk and reducing the risk of colon cancer.
Whatever nut you choose, you’ll be getting loads of beneficial nutrients, fats, protein, and fiber.
Just don’t overdo it.
They’re great for you, but they’re also very high in calories.
Grabbing a small handful as a snack once or twice a day is plenty.

Strange Colon Cancer Trigger Revealed
Among seniors, colon cancer rates have been decreasing. But in folks under 50, rates are increasing at an alarming rate.
