SLASH the Risk of Cancer SPREADING by 72%
There are all sorts of GREAT reasons to exercise regularly.
Heart health, weight loss, strength, flexibility, blood sugar balance, and cancer prevention.
No, that last one wasn’t an accident.
Exercise IS a powerful weapon in the fight against cancer.
In fact, a recent study found that one particular type of exercise can reduce the risk of metastatic cancer by 72 percent.
A 72 percent reduction in cancer risk is HUGE.
You can experience this level of protection yourself if you make a specific New Year’s resolution in 2023: Start exercising.
This study examined human and animal research to determine exercise’s impact on cancer.
The human part of the study followed 3,000 people for about 20 years. It showed that people who regularly exercised at a high-intensity level had 72 percent less metastatic cancer than those who didn’t exercise.
Metastatic cancer is cancer that’s spread to other parts of the body, and its prognosis isn’t good.
The mouse portion of the study had similar results. A sampling of internal organs showed that aerobic activity significantly reduced the development of metastatic tumors in the lymph nodes, lungs, and liver.
The researchers believe that this beneficial effect happens because exercise enhances the rate of glucose consumption.
Since sugar fuels cancer growth, this cuts off a prime fuel source for its development and spread.
With this in mind, cutting back on your sugar INTAKE can help reduce risk, too.
P.S. Research reveals you don’t have to work out harder—or longer—to obtain even MORE benefits from your exercise routine. You simply have to work out SMARTER. I’ve got all the details right here.
