Grow a “YOUNGER” Bigger Brain
The older you get, the more things start to shrink.
Things like your muscles, the amount of hair on your head, and the number of teeth in your mouth.
You may even need a shorter height on your driver’s license at your next renewal.
But did you know that the same shrinking phenomenon can happen to your BRAIN?
Little memory slips, a drop in reading comprehension, or a tendency to become disoriented can all be signs that your brain has started to atrophy.
That’s the bad news.
The good news is that there are ways to grow a BIGGER and YOUNGER brain.
Brain shrinkage, or atrophy, happens when there’s an overall loss of neurons and connections between neurons.
In other words, brain cells die, and your brain gets smaller.
But scientists say you CAN fight back. You simply have to load up on a common mineral that’s now been tied to bigger brains.
A recent study revealed that folks who consume more MAGNESIUM have larger brain volumes and a younger brain age.
This revelation goes hand-in-hand with earlier research highlighting the power of magnesium to boost brain health.
Those studies link magnesium to…
- a boost in memory,
- improved learning,
- better cognitive performance, and
- protection from brain degeneration.
There’s just one problem. Your magnesium levels are one of those things that tend to shrink as you get older.
You can fight back by adding more magnesium-rich foods to your diet, including leafy greens, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and legumes. And if you find you’re STILL falling short, add in a high-quality magnesium supplement.
The EARLIER you start taking care of your brain, the BETTER. That’s why I’m working on a comprehensive protocol for Alzheimer’s. I can’t wait to share it with you!
I’ll cover everything from prevention to out-of-the-box management and treatments to help you stay as sharp as a tack WELL into your Golden Years. Be on the lookout for that in the coming days.
P.S. If you’re battling brain fog, it could be because you’re not getting enough of several critical nutrients. CLICK HERE to reveal what they are and how to get them.
