Top 10 DON’T MISS Alzheimer’s Red Flags!
Over eight centuries ago, the wise Dutch philosopher, Erasmus, dropped a gem that’s every bit as true today as when he first said it around 1500.
And that is, “prevention is better than cure.”
It’s inarguably true of ALL illnesses and diseases.
Not getting sick in the first place is ALWAYS better.
But with certain conditions, this philosophy hits with an even bigger impact. Alzheimer’s, a permanent and progressive disease, falls squarely into that category.
And mainstream medicine has failed MISERABLY at tackling it. So the best “treatment” option for this devastating form of dementia is to avoid getting it.
A study published just last year provided us with some vital tools to help us do precisely that. Because once you know the risk factors, you can actively AVOID these red flags.
There are many diseases for which effective treatments exist. Some conditions can even be completely reversed. But, unfortunately, Alzheimer’s is NOT one of them.
And experts say 60 to 70 percent of the 55 million people worldwide living with dementia have Alzheimer’s.
That’s why prevention is so critical. And why a study like the one published in the journal The Lancet Digital Health is so important.
Researchers from the Paris Brain Institute analyzed the health data from around 40,000 folks with Alzheimer’s.
After a bunch of careful data crunching, 10 health conditions emerged as being associated with an Alzheimer’s diagnosis up to 10 years later.
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Constipation
- Abnormal weight loss
- Cervical spondylosis (a type of arthritis)
- Reaction to severe stress
- Hearing loss
- Sleep disorders
- Fatigue
- Falls
You may have noticed I used the word “associated” earlier. That’s because we can’t say for sure yet if these red flags are an underlying CAUSE (a true risk factor) or an early SYMPTOM of the disease.
But the good news is it doesn’t matter. Because either way, knowing what to look for allows you to act BEFORE you reach the point of no return.
If we’re looking at early Alzheimer’s RISK factors, then you have the opportunity to correct them before it’s too late.
And if they’re actually early symptoms, you can start with treatments to get ahead of the disease. Because, like many progressive conditions, EARLIER intervention can slow down the progression of dementia.
That’s why I’m working on a comprehensive protocol for Alzheimer’s. In fact, I’m putting the finishing touches on it RIGHT NOW and I can’t wait to share it with you!
I cover everything from prevention to out-of-the-box management and treatment options to help you stay as sharp as a tack WELL into your Golden Years.
I’ll be sharing more about it with you in the coming days. So be sure to be on the lookout for that.
P.S. Battling vague and seemingly unconnected symptoms such as muscle weakness, fatigue, and perhaps even occasional confusion? One deficiency, in particular, could be to blame. Even worse, this shortfall could send your risk for dementia soaring. CLICK HERE for the details.
