The Common Toxin Attacking Your Grandkids
Make no mistake, our health is under attack.
Food, air, and even drinking water—all threaten your health daily.
This is one reason why it’s critical for your detox systems to be functioning optimally. (Subscribers can read about how to do that in the upcoming February issue of my newsletter. Not a subscriber yet? No problem, CLICK HERE to learn how to join us.)
But today, I want to highlight the threat your water could pose to the children in your life… and what you can do to keep them safe.
It’s sad you can’t even trust the water from your tap.
But if you’re drinking city water (as opposed to well water), then you’re swallowing a dangerous toxin that’s harming you and your family.
It’s not because of something naturally occurring in the water. It’s because of something the government intentionally ADDS to the water supply:
Fluoride.
Everyone knows the argument for fluoride: It’s supposed to reduce dental cavities and improve oral health.
But here’s what they don’t tell you.
Ingesting fluoride is associated with arthritis, bone fractures, bone cancer, neurodevelopment disorders, and thyroid conditions.
And a recent study showed, yet again, that it’s linked to reduced IQ in kids.
An analysis of 74 studies worldwide found a statistically significant association between higher fluoride exposure and lower children’s IQ scores.
For every 1 mg/L increase in fluoride measured in urine, IQ decreased a corresponding 1.63 points.
I’m thrilled that RFK, Jr., as the new Health and Human Services secretary, is advising that fluoride be removed from public water.
It’s about time.
In the meantime, if you have public water, I recommend you invest in a quality water filter—or buy purified bottled water—to reduce your exposure to fluoride and its effects.
And if you’re concerned about your oral health, try cutting out sugar and processed foods from your diet instead of guzzling a known toxin.
Not only will that help your oral health, but it will also have beneficial side effects for your whole body.
P.S. Cold all the time? THIS could be why.
