The Doctor’s Secret for a Pain-Free 2026
Happy New Year, friend!
If you’re like lots of folks, you’ve promised yourself that 2026 is the year you take back your health.
Maybe you want to exercise more… or lose some of those stubborn extra pounds.
But if you’re living with chronic pain, it can be awfully hard to know where to start.
You can’t imagine hitting the treadmill… or even going for a walk around the block… when just climbing a flight of stairs leaves you in agony.
That’s why I’m going to introduce you to a powerful pain-relief therapy I’ve used with my own patients… with Division I athletes… and with seniors just like you.
All with incredible results…
It can help tamp down even the most nagging pain… and getting started couldn’t be easier.
Simple light can trigger a variety of reactions in our bodies, both good and bad.
It’s really all about the color.
Exposure to blue light—especially in the evenings—can cause all kinds of health problems because it disrupts your circadian rhythm.
But there’s another color in the light spectrum that does just the opposite… with studies showing that it can help with conditions ranging from skin health, to wound healing, to pain.
The color with the healing touch? Red.
Red light therapy is just what it sounds like… it involves exposing your body to low wavelengths of red light. This wavelength penetrates deep into the skin, which is where it works its magic.
It is perhaps most well-known for its skin-rejuvenating benefits, but it works wonders for pain, too.
Combined with exercise, research has shown that red light therapy can reduce arthritis-related knee pain, increase functionality, and increase range of motion.
It’s also delivered positive results in arthritis of the back and jaw.
And an extensive review of studies evaluating the use of red light therapy for musculoskeletal disorders (which includes problems with your muscles, tendons, ligaments, discs, etc.) finds that it reduces that kind of pain as well!
Part of the reason for these benefits of red light therapy is because it’s a powerful anti-inflammatory. And as you might recall, inflammation plays a role in virtually every condition you can think of, especially pain.
But there’s another reason for this variety of effects. Red light therapy supercharges the energy inside your cells, which gives your cells the extra boost they need to help the body repair itself.
I’m a big believer in red light therapy. As I said, I’ve used it with my own patients… and I use it myself when those occasional aches and pains pop up.
Red light therapy devices are available online and at some alternative medicine centers. If you want to spring for a larger device to cover more of your body, you can find one here.
